Japanese Engineering · 6-in-1 Technology
Relief That
Goes Deep
The only professional-grade wellness device engineered to reach where ordinary massagers can't — combining 6 Japanese technologies in one elegant platform.
Sound Familiar?
Your body is telling you something.
8+ hours sitting takes a serious toll. These are the signals most people ignore — until they can't.
SpineSystem was engineered specifically for desk workers, drivers, and anyone whose lifestyle compresses the spine day after day.
The Technology
Six systems. One platform.
Each technology is research-backed on its own. Together, they create something greater than their sum.
The USP
The Zone Nobody Reaches
Foam rollers stay on the surface. Regular massage guns rarely go deeper than 2 cm. SpineSystem's solenoid percussion technology reaches 3–5 cm into the tissue — making it the only consumer device engineered to address the deep gluteal muscles that are at the root of most lower-back discomfort from sitting.
into deep tissue
When you sit all day, your glutes shorten and tighten. That tension pulls on the lumbar spine. Most recovery tools never address this root zone. SpineSystem does.

About Us
Japanese Manufacturing at System 5/95
My name is Akio Nakashima. I am responsible for managing the manufacturing processes of System 5/95 in Japan.
For us, manufacturing is not simply the assembly of a device. It is a complete and carefully structured system in which every detail follows its own path: from engineering concept and development to production, quality inspection, service support, and preparation for delivery to the customer.
At System 5/95, our manufacturing process is built around five key areas: design and development, manufacturing, quality assurance, service, and logistics.
Each area plays an important role, because a true Japanese product cannot be created by chance. It requires discipline, precision, responsibility, and constant attention to detail.
Design and Development
Every product begins with an engineering idea.
At the design stage, we think not only about the functions of the device, but also about how a person will use it every day: whether it is comfortable, safe, intuitive, reliable, and pleasant to use.
The Japanese approach to development means that form, materials, movement, temperature, ergonomics, and the overall feeling of the product must work together as one complete system.
For us, innovation is not simply about adding new technologies. True innovation must be useful, stable, and natural for the person using it.
Manufacturing
Turning the engineering idea into a finished product with precision.
The manufacturing department is responsible for turning the engineering idea into a finished product with precision.
In Japanese manufacturing, there are no small details. Even a slight difference in a component, assembly, or user experience can affect the overall quality of the device.
That is why we focus on assembly accuracy, component stability, careful production processes, and consistent results.
Our goal is for every System 5/95 device to meet one clear standard of quality: reliable, thoughtfully made, and worthy of trust.
Quality Assurance
Quality begins at the very first stage.
For us, quality is not just a final inspection at the end of production. Quality begins at the very first stage.
From development to assembly, we evaluate reliability, safety, operational stability, and ease of use.
Every device must not only function properly, but also be ready for long-term daily use.
That is why quality assurance is a separate and essential part of our manufacturing structure.
Service
Responsibility does not end at the moment of purchase.
For us, responsibility does not end at the moment of purchase.
We create devices for long-term use, which is why service support is an important part of the System 5/95 philosophy.
Our approach to service is based on the Japanese principle of respect for the customer: a product should not only work well on the first day, but also maintain its reliability, stability, and value for many years.
That is why we offer a 5-year warranty. For us, this is not simply a commercial condition, but a reflection of our confidence in the quality of Japanese manufacturing, the reliability of our engineering solutions, and the durability of our devices.
We want every customer to feel calm and confident when choosing System 5/95. When someone invests in a premium device for daily body care, they should know that behind the product stands a team that takes responsibility for its quality.
Our Manufacturing Philosophy
Made in Japan is not simply a statement of where a product is made. It is a responsibility.
System 5/95 is built on the principles of Japanese manufacturing: precision, stability, reliability, service, and respect for the user.
We believe that a premium device must be thoughtfully created not only technically, but also emotionally. It should inspire trust, feel pleasant to use, and become a natural part of daily self-care.
For us, Made in Japan is not simply a statement of where a product is made. It is a responsibility to every person who chooses our product.
It means attention to detail, quality control, engineering discipline, long-term service support, and the commitment to creating devices that serve beautifully, reliably, and for many years.
The 5-year System 5/95 warranty is an expression of our confidence that Japanese quality should be more than a promise — it should be real support for the customer over many years.

Backed by Science
Research-informed design.
SpineSystem's technologies are grounded in peer-reviewed research from leading institutions in Japan and South Korea.
Studies show improved microcirculation when FIR and electromagnetic fields are combined vs. either alone.
Red light at 630nm is among the most studied wavelengths for supporting ATP synthesis and tissue recovery in healthy adults.
Nano-tourmaline's ability to emit continuous far-infrared at body temperature is documented in Japanese materials science research.
