Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship to all 50 U.S. states via USPS or UPS. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at customer@system595.jp, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
