Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with System 595 Inc. ("SpineSystem," "System 5/95"). We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the terms below. All returns are subject to validation and approval at our discretion.

Standard Free Returns

You may return an item purchased directly from us, for any reason, within 30 days of the date you received it. We will pay for standard return shipping within the United States. Returned products must be in "like new" condition, with all original packaging and accessories. Returns made after this 30-day period, or otherwise not in line with these terms, cannot be accepted.

Items That Are Not Eligible

  • Items that are not in "like new" condition, or that are missing original packaging or accessories.
  • Items marked "final sale" or clearance, and any personalized or used / refurbished products.
  • Products purchased from a third-party or unauthorized reseller — these must be returned to the place of purchase under that seller's policy.
  • Returns without valid proof of purchase, which may be denied.

Inspection and Partial Refunds

All returned products are subject to inspection. If a returned item is not in "like new" condition, we may decline the refund or issue a partial refund, reduced to reflect any wear, damage, or missing parts.

Damaged or Defective Items

Products that arrive damaged or defective may be returned under our 5-year Limited Warranty. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customer@system595.jp, with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We are unable to offer exchanges by mail at this time. If you would like a different option, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

How to Initiate a Return

Before initiating a return, we're happy to help you directly — contact our team at customer@system595.jp. To start a return, email us with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Once your request is authorized, we will send instructions and a return shipping label. Pack the item(s) in the original box with all accessories, and keep your tracking number — we are not responsible for packages lost by the carrier.

  • Return shipping labels are valid for 14 days. If the return is not shipped within that time (or within the 30-day return window), the request and label expire.
  • Returns must be received by us within 30 days of your receipt of the product. Only authorized returns are processed.

Refunds

Once your return is delivered to us, please allow 10–15 business days for it to be processed; you will receive an email confirmation when it is. Approved refunds are credited to your original form of payment and may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Fraud and Abuse

Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future orders or returns. We may amend these terms at any time.
